How the two nights run

  1. 1 · Arrival

    Where you come from

    Welcome dinner, the family's story told in the room, and the Founder's Letter read aloud for the first time. The evening ends with the values workshop — every voice, no interruptions.

  2. 2 · Day two

    How you decide

    Governance morning: council structure, decision-making, conflict protocol, succession. Afternoon in private facilitation for the hard conversations. Evening is the Financial Philosophy session — money as a tool, not a master.

  3. 3 · Departure

    What you signed

    Constitution review line by line, amendments, then the signing ceremony and family photo. You leave with the document, the meeting rhythm, and a plan for the first 90 days.
