Family Legacy OS is operated by LIFE180 and Aligned Wealth (“we,” “us”). This policy explains what we collect when you use familylegacyos.com and the Family Legacy OS application, and how we handle it. [ATTORNEY: legal entity name, address, and jurisdiction.]

• Account information — name, email address, phone number, family or company name, and the role you hold within your family group.
• Content you create — course workbook answers, your family constitution and proposals, family tree entries, documents you upload to the vault, video lessons, meeting notes, and Love From Above messages (including any video or audio you record).
• Billing information — processed by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer and subscription identifiers and your plan; we never store full card numbers.
• Usage information — pages visited, features used, course progress, and device/browser details needed to run and secure the service.

• To provide the course, constitution builder, family tools, and billing.
• To generate AI-assisted content you request (for example a constitution draft or family crest). Your inputs for these features are sent to our AI providers (see §5) to produce the result and are not used by them to train models. [ATTORNEY: confirm provider data-use terms.]
• To send transactional email — invitations, meeting surveys, receipts, and Love From Above deliveries.
• To secure accounts, prevent abuse, and comply with law.

Family Legacy OS is built for families. Content you add to a family group — the constitution, tree, vault documents, lessons, and meetings — is visible to other members of that group according to the role and visibility settings the patriarch/matriarch chooses. Love From Above messages are delivered to the recipients you name only after your designated trustee activates delivery.

We rely on the following providers to operate the service:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and encrypted file storage.
• Stripe — payments and subscription billing.
• Vercel — application hosting.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• Vimeo — course video streaming.
• Anthropic and OpenAI — AI text and image generation for features you invoke.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account from Settings; this removes your profile and associated content. [ATTORNEY: retention periods, backup windows, and treatment of content shared with other family members after deletion.]

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest with our providers. Uploaded files are stored in private buckets and served only through short-lived signed links. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong, unique password.

The service is intended for adults. Where a family enrolls a minor in age-appropriate content, the responsible adult manages that member's access. [ATTORNEY: COPPA position and parental-consent language.]
