By creating an account or purchasing a plan you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. Family Legacy OS is operated by LIFE180 and Aligned Wealth. [ATTORNEY: legal entity, jurisdiction, and effective date.]

You are responsible for your login credentials and for the people you invite into your family group. The patriarch/matriarch who creates a family controls its members, roles, and content visibility. You must be at least 18 to purchase a plan.

Plans and prices are shown at checkout and billed through Stripe. Some plans are one-time purchases; others include a recurring monthly subscription that renews until cancelled from Billing. The Dynasty tier is by application and confirmed separately. Family Legacy OS provides educational content and tools. The course, workbook, and AI-generated drafts — including your family constitution and crest — are starting points for your family's own discussion. They are not legal, tax, investment, or estate-planning advice and do not create an advisor or attorney relationship. Documents you store in the vault are your own; consult qualified professionals before acting on any of it.

Some features use third-party AI models to generate text and images from your inputs. Output may be inaccurate or incomplete and should be reviewed before use. You own the content you create and the outputs generated for you, subject to our providers' terms. [ATTORNEY: confirm ownership/licence language for AI output.]

You retain ownership of everything you upload or create. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, display, and deliver it to you and to the family members and recipients you designate — including Love From Above messages delivered after activation by your trustee. Do not upload content you don't have the right to share.

Do not misuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempts to access other families' data, no circumventing plan limits or rate limits, and no automated scraping.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. [ATTORNEY: effect of termination on paid plans and shared family content.]
